Description

In 2017, we first made predicate wine. We harvested the Traminac at the end of October and received the Elective Berry Harvest by its characteristics. Since the must contained 138°Oe. This is a rounded dark yellow wine with a plethora of fruity aromas and aromas of honey and rose. Which however stand out as the main characteristics of the predicate Tramins. Extremely sweet wine with about 15% of alcohol and 90 g/l of unboiled sugar. A wine that completely fills our aromatic senses and palate.
