]]> In 2017, we first made predicate wine. We harvested the Traminac at the end of October and received the Elective Berry Harvest by its characteristics. Since the must contained 138°Oe. This is a rounded dark yellow wine with a plethora of fruity aromas and aromas of honey and rose. Which however stand out as the main characteristics of the predicate Tramins. Extremely sweet wine with about 15% of alcohol and 90 g/l of unboiled sugar. A wine that completely fills our aromatic senses and palate.
